The power station serves a remote industrial site without complete supporting infrastructure. The site temperature drops sharply in winter. The generator system must support reliable cold start and continuous stable operation without heavy on-site civil engineering work.

Local environmental rules require the running noise of power equipment to stay below 80 dB at full load. Sound attenuation treatment inside the container was a mandatory requirement for this tender.

The client expects pre-integrated power equipment to cut field installation time. This is a phase-by-phase project; more same-spec generator units will be ordered, delivered and paralleled to the grid later.

On-site natural gas supply is available. Compared with diesel generators, gas power units help the client reduce long-term fuel cost and lower exhaust emissions.

We select proven Yuchai gas engine matched with high-efficiency alternator as the core power package. Yuchai gas power units feature stable base-load performance, good gas adaptability and low maintenance cost, ideal for long-hour industrial continuous operation.

This is one of our core customizations for Russia and other cold-region projects. The power container is fitted with constant-temperature heating panels and electric adjustable louvers.
When temperature falls to a very low level, heating panels keep the cabinet in a suitable temperature range for engine start and auxiliary systems. Electric louvers automatically adjust opening to balance ventilation and heat preservation, avoiding frosting and unexpected shutdown in freezing weather.

The whole container works as a sound attenuation cabin. Internal silencers, sound-absorbing materials and optimized air inlet & outlet layout work together to guarantee noise under 80dB during full-load running and meet local environmental standards.

Engine, radiator, piping, control cabinet and auxiliary components are all pre-assembled on the integrated skid frame inside the container. Thanks to the skid-rail design, the whole power unit can be hoisted and slid into place directly after arrival. It saves plenty of on-site labor and construction cycles.

All production and tests are finished in our factory before delivery.
Our technicians complete precision assembly of every component, followed by horizontal radiator hoisting and skid integration. After piping, wiring and inspection, we run standardized FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), including full-load test and sound level detection.
All indicators including the 80dB noise target passed inspection before packing for shipment to Russia.
